Once again, the current climate has forced a developer to shift a release date. This time around it’s Raiser Games and Protocol Games’ Song of Horror having its console release pushed from the original end of October to the more nebulous Q1 2021.

The developers took to Twitter to explain the situation, stating that they want to release a console version that maintains “the vision of the original PC release for all our community.” It became evident that as the original release date approached, that this wouldn’t be possible with the time remaining.

On the plus side, you can still very much own the Complete Edition of the game on Steam, which contains all of the episodes that were released for the game in one package.

We had to make a hard decision that we hope all of you understand. After discussing a lot internally and due to multiple factors, we decided to move the release date of Song Of Horror to Q1 2021. pic.twitter.com/2FKOGtI31n
