Flipkart does not seem to end its shopping festivals anytime soon. The e-commerce platform concluded its Big Billion Days a few days ago and then started the Dussehra Sale. The company is now all set to kickstart the Diwali sale which will go live from October 29 and will continue till November 4. Instead of continuing a month-long sale like Amazon, Flipkart has divided its shopping festivals under different categories.

During the Diwali sale, Flipkart will offer an instant discount of 10 percent on Axis Bank credit and debit card and no-cost EMI transactions. There will no-cost EMI options on Bajaj Finserv, HDFC, ICICI, SBI, and more.

Now coming to the offers and discounts, Flipkart will offer discounts on Samsung, Realme and other phones. Samsung phones including Galaxy F41,, Galaxy S20+, Galaxy M3, Galaxy Note 10 Plus, Galaxy A50s will get discounts. Realme phones including the Narzo series, Realme 7i, Realme C15 will also get discounts during the sale. Apple iPhone XR, iPhone SE could also get price cuts during the Diwali sale.

Flipkart will also offer massive discounts on smartwatches and fitness bands. The bands and smartwatches by Realme, Amazfit, Noise and etc will get discounts. Apart from this, Flipkart will offer up to 80 percent discount on smart TVs by Motorola, LG, Samsung, Micromax, Realme, and more.

Amazon’s Great Indian sale on the other hand is still on. The sale was supposed to go on for a month. However, Amazon has given the sale a new name now and called it “Happiness upgrade days”. The sale went live on October 22 and will continue for at least 10 days.

“The Great Indian Festival ‘Happiness Upgrade Days’ brings special deals and offers from sellers on the widest selection of smartphones, large appliances, TVs, home & kitchen products, consumer electronics, fashion & beauty, and more. Customers will get special offers on a wide range of products from Samsung, Bajaj Appliances, Levi’s, Lakme, Adidas, Eureka Forbes, and Max Fashion,” a statement by Amazon read.

“Customers can Save Big with a 10 percent instant bank discount on Axis Bank, Citibank and ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Cards and EMI transactions. They can get a 5 percent instant discount plus up to 5 per cent Reward Points with Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card,” it added.
