According to legal documents obtained by TMZ ... the woman, identified as Jane Doe, sues the rapper for allegedly sexually abusing him at a party in 2015 ... when she only had 13 years.
Jane Doe says that in addition to being a minor at the time, she was under the influence of drugs and alcohol and was unable to consent as 6ix9ine and another adult, Tay Milly, has realised 3 sexually explicit videos she says she later posted online.
According to the documents ... the first video featured Doe performing a blowjob on Tay Milly while Tekashi did pelvic thrusts behind her - without engaging in sex - and he slapped her buttocks. The second video reportedly featured the girl sitting on 6ix9ine's lap in a bra and underwear, and in the third ... she claims she was lying naked on their knees while Milly groped her.
Jane Doe sues 6ix9ine and Tay Milly for child sexual assault, child sexual abuse and infliction of emotional distress.
As you may remember ... Tekashi struck a plea deal in the criminal case in October 2018 - in which he admitted to having participated in the making and broadcasting of a music video containing a sexual video of a teenager from 13 years - and was sentenced to 4 years of probation.
In a recent interview with the NY Times, the rapper said he atoned for his actions, but also claimed to have been caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.
He also seemed to downplay his crime, adding ... "I had 18 years at the time. Am I that type of Jeffrey Epstein from 40 years?”
