Microsoft had created a secret Aqua theme for XP
During the development of Windows XP, Microsoft had designed an interface theme whose inspiration probably came from Apple and the Aqua theme for Mac OS X. Both operating systems were released in 2001. While the source codes of Window XP and Windows Server 2003 have just been leaked, The Verge found out about this theme in a very early version of XP.
