The new PS Plus range for February 2021 will be announced very soon and players are making their own predictions
Until now, no leak revealed what Sony has planned for PS4 gamers, even though we know what will happen next to the PlayStation 5.
Destruction AllStars will be available for download and play in February and March, after being late at the end of 2020
It seems very likely that this is the main draw for PlayStation gamers. 5, because it is one of the few PlayStation exclusives 5 coming to the platform next month
Just like Bugsnax, AllStars will be available beyond the usual four week period and will likely overlap with other PS5 compatible games
Destruction AllStars is a vehicular combat game that is best played in multiplayer and will launch with a number of modes and pilots to choose from
But if we already know the identity of the free PS5 game, subscribers face a longer wait than usual January being a little longer, Sony won't reveal February PlayStation Plus games 2021 before the middle of the week
This means that subscribers will have to wait for the 27 January for free PS4 games to be revealed
Moreover, it will be almost another full week before free PS5 and PS4 games are available for subscribers to download and play.
The advantage is that unlike Maneater, one of the free games for January, there shouldn't be any confusion as to who can play Destruction AllStars.
Maneater is available on PS4 and PS5 platforms, which means that some disgruntled subscribers felt they were missing something
The same shouldn't happen this time around, although we are still guessing what is planned for February by Sony
Looking back on previous years, February has been a mixed month when it comes to game choices and genres
2019 was titled by For Honor and Hitman from Ubisoft, while 2020 included BioShock: The Collection, The Sims 4 et Firewall Zero Hour
We have been waiting for another PSVR game for a long time, but with the recent launch of the PlayStation 5, we could wait a little longer
No Man's Sky would turn out to be the perfect inclusion, because it would allow players of all recent PlayStation platforms to gain something from it.
First-party exclusives are also very popular with gamers, and there are still plenty of them from the PS4 era to choose from
The Last of Us Part 2 was a bestseller, so many PS Plus subscribers will already have it in their collection
But Gran Turismo Sport seems long overdue for a selection for PlayStation Plus, after being launched in 2017
Like always, it is almost important to predict what will happen in the list of free PS Plus games, but the fans shared their own ideas
The list includes Assassin's Creed Origins titles, in Far Cry 5 et Little Nightmares, so there is always room for old titles to make a splash
It follows news that Microsoft will increase the cost of Xbox Live Gold, telling fans this week:
“Members have already been informed in some areas If you are in an area where prices are being adjusted, you will receive an email and a notification in the message center next month to let you know the new price for your subscription
“In the future, the new price will be one month for 10 $99, 3 months for 29 $99 and 6 months for 59 $99, or your equivalent in the local market”
Microsoft has confirmed to Expressco UK that UK gamers are also affected by the recently announced Xbox Live Gold price hike
The cost of a one-month subscription has increased by one pound, passing 6 £99 at 7 £99 While the price of three months of access has increased from 17 £99 at 21 £99
Largest increase in six-month access to Xbox Live Gold, which passes from 29 £99 at 42 €99
The good news for those who have just bought a PS5 console is that Sony has made no indication that they will follow suit.
