Can't we have Zelda as the damsel in distress anymore? Wouldn't it be cool to fight alongside him in a more cooperative experience? Le Gale Boomerang, le Hookshot, the Bombchus and so many other traditional Zelda pieces of gear would be exciting additions in a BotW sequel We enjoyed the returning weapons you can use in the original BotW by scanning amiibo, like Biggoron's sword and the bow of twilight. However, the oldest tools and items in the series would be a great way to turn things around.

But what if Breath of the Wild 2 had that? While BotW was an outstanding game mechanically, its history has certainly passed into the background, especially towards the end Because the game was so focused on being able to plot your own adventure and do things in any order, there was little room for the characters and the story to grow. And since memory cutscenes were optional, many players may have missed the context of the story even more.

Now that we're on the sequel, we hope that Nintendo will decide to highlight the story and its characters, allowing them to develop in a more meaningful way throughout the game. It could make the story more linear, but if the rest of the game is still open, we think it won't be too much of a compromise, especially if it's good Nintendo has proven that great stories can be told in the Zelda universe in the past with games like Wind Waker and Skyward Sword And with BotW in particular, there is so much more to explore with Zelda, Link and Hyrule as a whole sequel seems like the best place to do this!

Hyrule in BotW is huge and a great place to really express the feeling of freedom the game gives you But if you explore the same areas in the sequel, what Nintendo will do to refresh the experience of people who have dedicated hundreds of hours to the original? That sense of discovery would be gone We hope BotW 2 has an area of ​​Termina or Koholint Island to explore if it is located in the same Hyrule Or at the very least, maybe a Dark World Hyrule or a Lorule type variant where things are mostly the same but slightly different

Both the ground and air movement was a staggering feat in BotW, as much as I feel like swimming was an afterthought It was awkward to move quickly, and there wasn't even a diving option If Nintendo could improve the overall swimming experience and expand water exploration in the sequel, that would be great We wouldn't mind diving completely underwater either; the ancient method of Iron Boots would be even more than enough to make things interesting

There are plenty of other enemies in the Zelda series that are set to make an appearance in the BotW sequel., but our personal wish is the return of Darknuts Lynel was a huge challenge in BotW, but a good old fashioned one-on-one duel against one of these iron clad knights is something that would make us cry. In Twilight Princess and Wind Waker, they were one of our favorite enemies to fight
