The US space agency is gearing up for spooky season, and has released some of the most daunting sounds from the Universe. The playlist, which is available on SoundCloud, allows you to listed to some of the more eerie sounds of the cosmos which you may have never heard.
NASA said: “The lander’s Seismic Experiment for Interior Structure (SIX) instrument, detected the faint seismic signal in 2019.”
The space agency explained: “13.8 billion years ago, when our universe was void of stars and planets, it was just a ball of hot plasma – a mixture of electrons, protons, and light.
“Sound waves shook this infant universe, triggered by minute, or ‘quantum,’ fluctuations happening just moments after the big bang that created the cosmos.
The sound on the playlist contains the sound of the influence the black hole with a mass of four million times that of our Sun has on the inner circle of the Milky Way.

“Juno’s Waves instrument measured radio and plasma waves in Jupiter’s magnetosphere as heard on this track.”
The space agency added: “You may have heard some of the creaks, cracks, and cackling noises of our universe before.
“Using data from our spacecraft, we’ve gathered a NEW collection of sinister sounds from the depths of space in time for Halloween.
“Listen to our SoundCloud Halloween playlist filled with new ‘moans’ and ‘whistles’ from our universe that would scare the most ghoulish of creatures.”
