Microsoft Launcher 6.2 has been released, and the updated version includes several new features and a number of bug fixes to improve reliability and stability.
We recently covered how the Microsoft Launcher received a major upgrade, and todayâs update appears to be smaller but contains several useful new features. These include enabling landscape mode, a redesigned Microsoft Feed including one-tap accessible cards, and many new wallpapers to freshen up the look of your device. Furthermore, Microsoftâs engineers have also given the app another speed boost, recognizing how important a responsive launcher is for users. Other improvements include the ability to add up to three rows in the Dock, and the App Drawer now supports folders. Users can lock their device with a double-tap, and Microsoft explains there are improvements to the App Search function, too.
If you are heavily invested in the Microsoft ecosystem and you havenât already checked out the Microsoft Launcher, itâs worth a look: the application integrates well with Microsoftâs other Android applications such as Microsoft 365. Furthermore, the app is being constantly developed and improved by Microsoftâs engineers, as the company is investing in the Android ecosystem.
I’ve been using smartphones since before they were popular! I found my home with Android back in 2011. Today, I use the Google Pixel 3a and Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet as primary devices, but you’ll also see me with my coffee cup.
