Sniper Elite VR was shown running on Oculus Quest during tonight’s Facebook Connect livestream, giving us our first proper look at gameplay.
For the first time in the series, Elite VR will be exclusively first-person. Long-time fans will meanwhile note the return of the X-ray kill cam.
The game will feature a “full single-player campaign to sink hours into”, developer Rebellion said, alongside additional challenges, rankings, and shooting ranges.
We’ve known about Sniper Elite VR for a while but there’s still no firm release date, other than it will arrive “soon” for Quest. Beyond that, it’ll also launch for HTC Vive, Valve Index and PlayStation VR.
