These days TIC Tac some users sport a very distinctive look: they literally became characters in anime and manga, Japanese animation and comics work with a very distinctive trait. The users in question look like real cartoons, but what makes them so, it is a simple filter based on physical appearance and facial movements apply changes to real-time images recorded by the camera. The result in some cases is so convincing that it has caused many viewers to search for the filter in question - without knowing, however, that it is not on TikTok at all.
As has happened several times in the past, the anime filter is a creation of the snapchat pop-up messaging app, which for months has been in the headlines especially for the powerful and intriguing augmented reality filters that its internal and external developers are able to create. The mask that transforms the subjects of the photographs into anime characters is the latest example in this regard; to find it, simply install the application and from the main screen press the Lenses button located to the right of the trigger. In the carousel of those available, it should be among those immediately highlighted - with the symbol of a face with big, sparkling eyes; to find it manually, the string to search in Snapchat's internal search engine is "Anime Style".
Using the filter on Snapchat does not prevent the result from being transferred to TikTok, on the contrary: the purposes of the messaging application have always been designed to allow you to export photos and videos which can then be used in other applications, and from this point of view Anime style is no different from others. To take a photo with the filter active, short press the shutter button, while to shoot a video, you must keep the key pressed for the duration of the clip; once you have the picture or the picture, that's it hit the Save button at the bottom left to get a copy of your mobile phone material ready to be imported into TikTok.
The lens also allows the typical characteristics of kernels to be applied also to photos and videos already recorded before, so that even friends and relatives who are not physically present can undergo digital processing: pressing the Film Roll button gives the lens roll access, where he can search for the material to transform. Also in this case, the operation is finalized by pressing the shutter button, which allows you to save the filtered photo for use on TikTok or for sharing in any other app.
