We learned last week via journalist Jason Schreier officiating at Bloomberg that the Versailles offices of Blizzard Entertainment would soon close.. A news that was confirmed in the wake of a press release from Blizzard France… Consequently, French employees of the American publisher go on strike on Wednesday 14 October.
We are indeed hearing the news via the STJV (Union of Video Game Workers) : les employ(It's)Blizzard France is on strike today. This is the consequence of the plan to close the company on the French side by the publisher Blizzard. More specifically the complete closure of the Versailles offices.
