According to several people on The Great Suspender's GitHub page, Chrome now displays a message indicating that the extension contains malware Go to the Chrome Web Store page for The Great Suspender displays an error message 404, So it seems that the extension has been removed

The former owner of The Great Suspender announced plans to sell the extension last summer.The comments section of this announcement thread included several accusations that the extension contained malware from new code. As was the case when The Great Suspender was first reported as malware, I will stress that I am not a developer and cannot verify malware claims myself. I can however point out that Microsoft and Google, two of the biggest tech companies on the planet, reported the extension for malware.
