Timothy Hearl played the alternate dimension monster in “Stranger Things: The Drive Into Experience” in Los Angeles, which recreated scenes from the third season of the series and runs from October to March, according to a Daily Mail report
Hearl complained in emails at work that he feared receiving COVID-19 during indoor rehearsals of the show – who was relegated to playing a role in a combination of hazardous materials, the outlet reported citing its January 15 MOON Lawsuit in Superior Court
Moreover, Hearl expressed concern that he and others had started to feel ill and had difficulty breathing due to possible carbon monoxide poisoning from the car's exhaust in the closed parking lot where the productions took place, the news site reported And Hearl was also nearly hit by a car on the set in November, according to the report
As one of the veteran actors, he requested that they be provided with carbon monoxide detectors, but the thespians were replaced and Hearl found out he was fired following a Zoom call in November over false accusations he made women uncomfortable, according to the report
Hearl says when he informed his job that he was actually gay, they then said he was sent back to the “customer request”, reported the Mail

Alongside Netflix, Hearl is also suing Empyrean Production Services, Redrock Entertainment Services LLC, Fever Labs Inc et Secret Group US Inc, for unspecified damage, according to the news site
