Witchâ????s Shacks lurk somewhere out in the fog. These things would be tough to find even in bright sunshine of a crisp fall day that weâ????ve had the rest of the season, but theyâ????re much more difficult with a map shrouded in purple mist. New Fortnite Fortnitemares challenges dropped today, and one of them has us revisiting some of those Witchâ????s shacks where we got our brooms early on in order to finish our early challenges, but now weâ????ve got to tick a number more to complete this one. Letâ????s go to the map, guide and location.
First off, youâ????ll have to know what youâ????re looking for. You can see one in the header image for this article: theyâ????re small, sort of tall, with a peaked roof. They look like how I imagine the Baba Yaga hut, just with no chicken legs. Out front youâ????ll typically find a barrel with some brooms in there.
Hereâ????s a map with five Witch shack locations: you only need to visit three for the challenge, so this should be plenty to get it done for you.
All youâ????ve got to do is head to three of those locations in order to finish the challenge. There should also be a broom and some candy to help you finish some other challenges, and likely some other players or shadows ready to make your day a little less pleasant.
Thatâ????s it! A pretty straightforward one after you know where youâ????re going, though the process of wading through the mist for every one of these challenges makes it a whole lot more tense. Fortnitemares has been a great event this year, evolving past the NPC zombies weâ????ve seen in the past to make something a lot more distinctive. It makes me wonder what weâ????ll see for the holidays this year, if we ever make it that far. Get in and get your dubs in before the event ends, and make sure to complete all the challenges for some XP and rewards.
